Job summary

BSO is seeking a Band 6 Family Practitioner Services (FPS) Operations Manager to oversee FPS business and payment operations on a 37.5 hour week basis. The role is a full-time, temporary position until December 2026, based in Northern Ireland.

Flexsource NI are recruiting on behalf of BSO for a Band 6 Family Practitioner Services (FPS) Operations Manager.

Criteria:

Applicants must meet one of the following:

• Degree or professional qualification in Business, Finance or IT plus 2 years' relevant experience, including 1 year at management level; OR
• 5 years' relevant experience in Payments, Finance or IT, including 1 year at management level.

You must also demonstrate:

• Experience leading and managing teams in a target-driven environment.
