Job summary

De Beers Group is seeking an FP&A Transformation Lead on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will lead cross- geographies' FP&A overhaul, standardising processes, and enabling a decentralized operating model to support transition and sale readiness across UK, US, EU, India and China.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive governance, and manage the FP&A function through planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles, delivering data-driven insights and robust financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning experience.
• Led finance transformation projects and system implementations.
• Strong modelling skills and time-saving process improvements.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and drive FP&A process improvements across geographies and business units.
• Identify and streamline reporting processes, reduce cycle times, and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with central teams to enhance finance systems and tools for scalable operations.
• Deliver quick wins and long-term impact via better visibility into financial performance.
• Act as a change agent championing best practices and continuous improvement.
• Support integration of new technologies and automation in finance capabilities.
• Provide leadership to finance teams during transformation projects and ensure adoption.
