Job summary

Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd is seeking an FP&A System Implementation Lead for a 4-6 month temporary contract. You will own the FP&A workstream for the new system, ensuring alignment with business requirements and future-state processes while preserving financial integrity.

Qualifications

Experience on finance change or transformation, including financial systems implementation or enhancement.
Strong business analysis: requirements gathering and process mapping.
Experience in FP&A, forecasting and performance analysis in a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

Own the FP&A workstream for the new system, defining requirements and data structures.
Lead engagement with Finance and Technology to gather and prioritise requirements.
Coordinate finance testing, reconciliation and business sign-off before deployment.
Support change management, training and adoption into BAU.
Lead go-live readiness and transition to BAU with automation opportunities.
