Job summary

Collinson Group is seeking a Head of Finance Transformation for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Greater London. This role is responsible for shaping a forward-looking finance function, focusing on FP&A leadership and finance transformation to drive strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will develop finance operating models, enhance reporting capabilities, and partner with senior stakeholders to influence business growth. A Bachelor's degree, CIMA/ACCA membership, and extensive FP&A experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post qualified experience (PQE) in finance.
• Extensive experience in FP&A leadership.
• Proven ability to lead finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
