Zusammenfassung

Animal Trust Vets CIC is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling and performance reporting across our network of veterinary surgeries and hospitals. You will turn complex financial and operational data into actionable insights to support strategic planning and informed decision‑making.

Working closely with Finance, Operations, Technology and Capital Projects, you will modernise planning processes, develop integrated forecasting tools and strengthen the link

Qualifikationen

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
• Proven FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting experience.
• Strong P&L management and KPI understanding.
• Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, modelling and reporting.
• Experience using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience linking operational drivers to financial performance.
• Experience in multi-site organisations.

Aufgaben

• Lead the organisation’s P&L, CAPEX and cash forecasting processes.
• Drive the transition from Excel-based forecasting models to an integrated rolling forecasting platform.
• Develop driver-based financial models linking appointments, clinical capacity, staffing levels, revenue and costs to financial performance.
• Coordinate budgeting assumptions with budget holders and develop scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Provide accurate, forward-looking financial insight to support business planning, cash flow forecasting and funding requirements.
• Lead management reporting across individual sites, regions and the wider organisation.
• Translate financial data into clear, meaningful management information and provide recommendations.
• Work with the Financial Controller to ensure forecasts reconcile to actuals.
