Butternut Box is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own essential FP&A processes, partner with commercial and operations teams, and lead forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modelling across markets.

You will present insights to senior leadership, manage board-ready materials, and drive process improvements with a focus on automation and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualification, 3+ in FP&A
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and board materials
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Own rolling forecast process end-to-end and quantify deviations
• Lead budgeting and long-range planning with defined timelines
• Run P&L and cash variance analysis with root-cause narratives
• Manage 4-weekly PBR process with budget owners and follow-up
• Lead CPA/growth, retention, and channel effectiveness analyses
• Drive unit economics, standard costs, yields, and write-offs
• Model scenarios for product launches and market expansion
• Prepare quarterly board materials and deep-dive analyses
• Escalate performance issues and mentor junior analysts
• Introduce AI/automation to speed up reporting and ensure handover
