You will be central to strategic decision-making, partnering with senior leaders across Commercial, Sales and Operations to drive performance and shape the business.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification required.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering.
• FMCG / consumer products / retail or manufacturing sector experience.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling capability.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive commercial conversations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
• Proactive and curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge constructively.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across the business.
• Deliver insightful analysis that brings financial performance to life for strategic decisions.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales and Marketing to understand drivers and improve profitability.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support investments and growth.
• Identify risks and opportunities within forecasts and provide recommendations.
• Produce meaningful management reporting and executive presentations.
• Support business cases for new products, promotions and capital investments.
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes.
• Influence senior stakeholders to improve decision-making and performance.
