Butternut Box is seeking an FP&A Manager to own core planning, forecasting and budgeting processes. You will partner with business leaders to deliver insights that shape decisions and drive profitability across Europe.

You will lead P&L and cash analysis, support commercial and operational teams, and drive automation to improve reporting speed and accuracy while working closely with international teams.

Competenze

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified and eligible to work in the UK.
• 5+ years post-qualification, 3+ years in FP&A with budgeting/forecasting ownership.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and preparing board-level materials.
• Highly analytical with advanced financial modelling and data manipulation skills.
• Ability to create clear graphical data representations for finance and non-finance professionals.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on driving actionable insights.
• A genuine interest in dogs and a passion for the brand.

Mansioni

• Own the rolling forecast process end-to-end; consolidate management accounts and inputs to quantify deviations on P&L and cash.
• Lead budgeting and long-range planning workstreams; set timelines and review outputs.
• Own periodic P&L and cash variance analysis; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Manage 4-weekly PBR process with budget owners, surfacing risks and opportunities.
• Lead finance for commercial teams on CPA, growth rates, retention, and resource allocation.
• Lead ops finance for unit economics, standard costs, yield, write-offs, and OEE.
• Model scenarios for product launches and growth; support international expansion.
• Present analyses to senior leadership and prepare quarterly board materials.
• Mentor analysts and continuously improve processes with AI for faster reporting.
