Zusammenfassung

THG, a global ecommerce group, is seeking an FP&A Manager based in Manchester. You will own integrated 3-statement financial models at group and segment levels, support cash planning, and assist with annual budgeting and corporate planning cycles alongside senior stakeholders.

You will drive internal analytics, partner with the executive team, and implement system-based improvements to forecast processes, supporting THG’s rapid growth across its Beauty and Nutrition brands.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA and post-qualification experience.
• Thorough understanding of cash flow and working capital cycles.
• Self-starter with focus on efficiency, insight and growth.
• Relentless attention to detail and ability to challenge numbers.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, with planning.
• Desirable: trained in practice and some industry experience; experience with Consolidation and Planning tools.

Aufgaben

• Financial modelling: full ownership of integrated 3-statement models at group and segment levels.
• Cash planning: support cash planning with understanding of working capital cycles.
• Support Annual Budgeting and Planning: assist P&L and Capex cycles with department alignment.
• Financial analysis: own and iterate internal analyses for insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with the executive board, M&A team and external advisors.
• Automation and Systemisation: improve forecast processes with a system-first approach.
