Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Group FP&A Manager to lead global planning, forecasting and performance reporting. You will provide timely analysis to support Executive decision-making and drive continuous improvements across planning processes and systems.

In this global role, you will partner with regional finance teams, influence senior stakeholders and advance financial storytelling through robust reporting and analytics. Hybrid work model and strong growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Experience in FP&A within multinational business
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
• Experience with Anaplan (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Exec and Board reporting packs with insights on performance
• Own and improve global reporting templates across regional teams
• Develop Group capex and global door count reporting
• Coordinate weekly sales outlooks for senior management
• Drive financial storytelling with visuals and commentary for Executive decisions
• Deliver global annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts with templates and guidance
• Coordinate the 3-year plan update and drive process improvements
• Partner with Puig and regional finance for consistent reporting and planning
• Collaborate with Anaplan team to enhance planning capabilities
• Support ad hoc analyses and strategic decisions
