Job summary

THG in Manchester is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead the Group's forecasting, analytics and reporting. You will own integrated 3-statement models at group and segment levels, partnering with senior stakeholders to enable corporate planning and decision-making.

Key duties include cash planning, budgeting support, financial analysis and process automation, with a focus on working capital cycles. Qualified accountants with 3+ years post-qualification and strong communication skills are encouraged

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of cash flow and working capital cycles.
• Self-starter with a proactive, growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and ability to challenge numbers with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and iterate internal analysis to continuously enhance insights for the group.
• Take full ownership of integrated 3-statement financial models at group and segment levels.
• Support cash planning with thorough understanding of working capital cycles.
• Assist annual budgeting and strategic planning cycles (P&L and Capex).
• Deliver improvements to forecast processes through a system-first approach.
