Job summary

Ethos is seeking FP&A analysts to help train an AI language model on professional presentation tasks. This remote, flexible role calls for 3+ years in FP&A, with expert slide craftsmanship and strong written communication.

You will craft decks for monthly reports, headcount/opex exhibits, and scenario analyses, delivering high-quality finance visuals. Commitment ranges from 5 to 20 hours per week, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for monthly reports and finance reviews.
• Build decks behind the numbers for headcount, opex exhibits, and scenario analyses.
• Draft commentary for finance reviews and ensure accuracy and clarity of visuals.
