Capital One Nottingham is seeking an FP&A analyst to drive performance reporting, provide insight-focused analysis, and own the refresh of a Python-based forecasting model. You will partner with UK and US teams, delivering timely reporting and driving automation and process improvements.

You will engage senior stakeholders, support monthly reviews, budgets and outlooks, and contribute to a strengthened FP&A function within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical approach with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with FP&A processes including forecasting, budgets and month-end
• Proven ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders and across teams

Responsibilities

• Own the refresh of a Python-based forecasting model and run scenarios for leadership.
• Synthesize financial and non-financial data for clear business insights.
• Support monthly financial reviews and budgeting processes; drive process improvements.
