Job summary

Capital One UK is seeking an experienced FP&A Senior Analyst to join the Nottingham-based team on a fixed-term contract. You’ll partner with senior leadership, deliver insights from portfolio analysis, and build dynamic financial models to inform strategic investments across the business.

With hybrid working (3 days in-office Tue-Thu and 2 days remote), you’ll contribute to Monthly Financials Review and drive process improvements while developing your qualifications with tuition support.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to develop dynamic financial models and scenario analyses.
• Comfort presenting insights to senior leadership and driving decisions.
• Knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize financial and non-financial data for stakeholders.
• Develop dynamic financial models and scenarios for investments.
• Support pitches, assess budget impact, and forecast long-term effects.
• Handle ad hoc leadership requests and contribute to MFR reporting.
• Drive process improvements within the FP&A function.
• Produce month-end reporting and consolidate budgets.
• Develop reports to monitor performance against targets and outlooks.
