Job summary

Zanda is seeking an Interim FP&A Analyst to partner with leaders, strengthen forecasting and provide data-driven insights that drive commercial decisions. The role focuses on improving performance visibility across revenue, margins, and operations, reporting into senior finance leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FP&A or business partnering, experience in scaling recurring revenue, and strong Excel and data skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience.
• Experience in large and scaling recurring revenue businesses.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills, including advanced Excel.
• Confident partnering with senior operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Clear, concise and commercial communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to understand and improve performance.
• Own weekly and monthly performance analysis, identifying revenue, margin and operational drivers.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Own and improve driver-based forecasting, budgeting and planning, challenging assumptions.
• Support strategic hiring, capacity planning, pricing and commercial initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and operations.
• Track performance vs plan and measure impact of initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs aligning financial and operational data.
