Job summary

Zenzero Solutions Ltd in Cambridge is seeking an FP&A Analyst to strengthen financial planning, analysis and reporting. You’ll maintain and improve reports, models and data schedules, support monthly forecasting, and help build new reporting as the business scales.

This hands-on role requires meticulous data checks, ability to dive into source data, and clear communication with stakeholders. You’ll work with the Senior FP&A & Finance Manager and grow your analytical skills and ownership over

Qualifications

• Some experience in finance, reporting, accounting or data analysis, or a strong foundation from study or relevant work.

Responsibilities

• Refresh and maintain existing management reports, dashboards, models and supporting data schedules to monthly deadlines.
• Extract, clean, reconcile and check data from ConnectWise, finance systems and other sources; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain recurring revenue and other key commercial schedules; document assumptions and changes.
• Prepare data and reporting packs for monthly performance reviews, budgets and forecasts.
• Update forecast models; consolidate departmental inputs and check information is complete and consistent.
• Support variance, revenue, margin and utilization analysis; develop commentary over time.
• Design, build and test new reports and schedules; improve data quality and presentation.
• Take increasing ownership of specific reports and analysis as knowledge grows.
