• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on FP&A, planning and forecasting.
• Ability to interpret financial information across the P&L and balance sheet.
• Explain business and financial drivers to support practical decisions.
• Partner well with product or commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse product performance across lending, savings and current accounts.
• Investigate variances and explain drivers.
• Build narratives for stakeholders on product economics and performance.
• Identify risks and opportunities early in planning.
• Support scenario analysis and forward-looking projections.
• Test assumptions with FP&A and product teams.
• Balance direct-cost analysis with broader financial priorities.
• Manage competing requests and deadlines.
• Ask thoughtful questions and improve analysis delivery.
