Zanda is partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed international business to appoint an Interim Finance Director for an initial 3–6 month engagement. This role has been created to provide immediate leadership and stability to the finance function while the business undertakes a process to hire a permanent Finance Director.

The company is scaling rapidly and entering a pivotal phase of operational and strategic development. There is a clear opportunity for the successful candidate to extend beyond the initial term, taking ownership of a broader transformation and optimisation agenda.

The Role

You will act as the operational and strategic right-hand to the CFO, leading the global finance function across Financial Control, Operations and FP&A during a critical period of scale and evolution. This is a hands‑on role requiring immediate impact, clear prioritisation and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the global finance function
• Stabilise and strengthen financial control, governance and processes

• Identify and deliver quick wins across systems, automation and operational efficiency
