Zanda is partnering with a VC-backed healthtech scale-up seeking a Commercial Finance Leader to partner the executive team and sharpen reporting. You will own FP&A, KPIs, budgeting, forecasting and dashboards, delivering insight to drive fast-moving decisions in a data-driven, high-growth environment.

The role requires leading a small finance team and partnering with go-to-market, product and tech. Hybrid London location and a 12-month fixed-term contract are emphasized.

Qualificações

• Qualified accountant at Head of Finance, Finance Director or senior commercial finance level.
• Experience in scaling businesses with large, multi-year contracts.
• Proven ability to influence commercial decisions beyond reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Act as lead finance business partner to the exec team, particularly go-to-market, product and tech.
• Own FP&A, KPIs, budgeting and forecasting, including monthly revenue forecasting.
• Build daily, weekly and monthly dashboards used by leadership.
• Track major projects with visibility of progress and risk.
• Challenge commercial decisions with financial discipline and ambition balance.
• Lead and develop a small finance team across FP&A and finance operations.
