Zenzero is seeking an FP&A Analyst to maintain accurate financial and operational reporting, support monthly cycles, and help develop new reporting as the business grows. You will work with the Senior FP&A & Finance Manager and colleagues across the business to learn systems and drive insight.

The role focuses on data reliability, variance analysis and reporting improvements, with opportunities to own reports and grow analytical skills in a fast-scaling UK technology company.

Competenze

• Good Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
• A careful, methodical approach to checking data and tracing differences back to source.
• Curiosity about business performance and willingness to learn financial analysis, reporting tools and new systems.
• The ability to organise recurring deadlines, communicate clearly and ask questions when something does not look right.
• Some experience in finance, reporting, accounting or data analysis, or a strong foundation from study or relevant work.

Mansioni

• Keep reporting and data reliable by refreshing and maintaining dashboards and data schedules.
• Extract, clean, reconcile data from ConnectWise and finance systems; investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare data and reporting packs for monthly performance reviews, budgets and forecasts.
• Improve and design new reports and schedules, and take ownership as knowledge grows.
