Every organisation relies on strong administration.
As a Founding Volunteer Administrator, you will help build the systems that allow S.W.U.G. to grow sustainably and professionally.
Your work will help improve organisation, communication and volunteer coordination while supporting future projects that create positive opportunities for young people and strengthen local communities.
By helping establish effective administrative processes from the beginning, you will contribute directly to the long‑term success of the organisation and become part of the team that helped shape S.W.U.G. during its founding stage.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and community-minded individuals who are passionate about creating positive opportunities for young people.
As a skills‑based volunteering organisation, we are particularly interested in volunteers with at least three years' relevant professional experience in administration, project coordination, office management or a similar role.
Experience within the charity, community, education or voluntary sector would be beneficial but is not essential. We welcome applicants from a range of professional backgrounds who are excited by the opportunity to help shape S.W.U.G. during an exciting period of growth.
Above all, we are looking for someone who shares our values of integrity, inclusivity, collaboration and commitment to empowering young people through positive community engagement.
