Job summary

King Living UK invites you to join the founding team for its first UK Outlet in Hemel Hempstead. You’ll help shape the customer experience, operations, and culture from day one, building relationships with customers and ensuring a premium showroom environment.

You will collaborate with the Warehouse team on stock presentation, replenishment, and collections while maintaining brand standards and a high level of service. Weekend work is required to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded and customer-focused.
• Willing to work weekends and across sales, operations and collections

Responsibilities

• Build genuine customer relationships and guide customers through the Outlet buying experience.
• Keep the Outlet ready to trade by supporting stock presentation and inventory movement with the Warehouse team.
• Work collaboratively, solve problems and contribute ideas to help the Outlet succeed.
• Represent King Living with professionalism and maintain a premium customer environment in a fast-moving Outlet setting.
