Job summary

King Living invites you to join the founding team opening our new UK showroom at Lakeside Retail Park. You will shape the customer experience from day one, deliver consultative design guidance and build lasting relationships with high-end clients.

You’ll develop product knowledge across design options, configurations and space planning, manage showroom presentation to brand standards, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture while working toward showroom sales targets.

Qualifications

• Retail, hospitality or customer service experience in premium environments.
• Interest in design, interiors and how people live at home.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with patience for long sales journeys.
• Confidence working towards showroom sales targets.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new systems and product configurations.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude to support across sales, presentation and aftercare.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service, build genuine relationships and maximise every sales opportunity from first conversation through to delivery.
• Build strong product knowledge across design, materials, configurations and space planning to guide customers.
• Ensure configurations, measurements, selections, lead times and delivery expectations are accurate and clearly communicated.
• Maintain a polished, beautifully presented showroom that reflects King Living’s quality and brand standards.
• Support the team, share ideas and contribute to a positive, collaborative showroom environment.
