Omnea is seeking a Founding Technical Solutions Consultant to be the critical bridge between Product and Customer teams, aligning Omnea’s platform with customer needs and diving into technical configurations and integration challenges. You’ll work with leading tech customers to unlock the full potential of Omnea.

You’ll help shape the product roadmap, document engineering requirements, and coach internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of experience in a performance‑driven environment.
• Strong technical foundation with Engineering, Applied Physics/Maths, or a technical apprenticeship.
• Excellent communication and ability to present clearly on technical topics.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build a business.
• Drive, competitiveness, and a deep focus on your career in demanding environments.

Responsabilités

• Be part of the SWAT Team for complex solutions at Omnea.
• Serve as our first line of defense for customer requests and issues.
• Be the vital link between our customers and the product roadmap.
• Become the go-to source of knowledge about the Omnea product within the company.
• Create the “source code” for doing things excellently in our team.
