Omnea is expanding its customer-facing team and seeks a Senior Talent Lead to own hiring for Accounts Management, Customer Success, and Solutions roles. You’ll lead sourcing, outreach, pipeline development, and candidate close, partnering with customer leaders to define success profiles and shape role specs.

This hands-on role requires sourcing and screening, refining processes as we scale, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting for or in Customer Success or customer-facing roles in scaling startups.
• Strong candidate experience focus and relationship-building.
• Track record of meeting ambitious targets and building networks.
• Organisational and outcomes-driven with a bias to action.
