Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years managing multiple teams.
• Proven track record scaling engineering functions in Series A+ B2B SaaS, distributed systems and cloud architectures.
• Data-driven leader comfortable with incomplete information and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 engineering teams totaling 12–20 engineers and foster technical excellence.
• Partner with Product and Design to define roadmaps and ensure high‑quality, fast-growth delivery.
• Drive architectural decisions and scalable processes across domains (Accounting, Insights, Workflow).
