Bosun Labs Ltd. is seeking a Founding Sales Lead to drive revenue growth from the ground up. This remote-first role involves building a robust outbound pipeline, engaging senior security leaders, and owning deals end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will shape outbound messaging, define ICP, and contribute to the sales playbook, with semi-regular London co-location and £100k+ ACV opportunities across UK/EU initially.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience with quota responsibility
• Track record of hitting or beating targets
• Sharp communication across technical and business audiences
• Able to generate pipeline and close deals independently
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward building process
• Bonus: experience selling security/compliance IT governance products or selling to CISOs/CTOs

Responsibilities

• Build and run your own outbound pipeline targeting CISOs, CTOs and IT security leaders
• Own deals end-to-end from discovery to close on £100k+ ACV
• Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying committees (security, compliance, tech)
• Shape the GTM playbook with CEO/CoS and relay market feedback to product roadmap
• Wear multiple hats and support onboarding, events, and customer success frameworks
