Job summary

Unicorn is seeking a founding GTM Lead in London with a remote-first setup to shape the go-to-market strategy from day one. You will work directly with the CEO to establish outbound channels, craft messaging, and build scalable processes for enterprise security sales across the UK and Europe.

You will own end-to-end deals, navigate complex buying committees, and help design the initial ICP and CRM workflows while balancing scope across product feedback and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B sales with quota carrying experience.
• Early-stage startup experience, ideally as a founding commercial hire.
• Security or technical sales experience is a plus.
• Has run complex sales cycles and hit targets without a full playbook.
• A strong self-generator comfortable with outreach by phone.
• Based in London/UK.

Responsibilities

• Own top of funnel: set up outbound from scratch and test channels.
• Pair with the CEO on founder-led sales and build a repeatable playbook.
• Run end-to-end deals from initial contact through discovery, demo, POC, negotiation, and close.
• Navigate enterprise buying committees including security, compliance, and technical reviews.
• Support events and dinners and help scale the company's go-to-market.
• Build foundations: ICP, messaging, CRM, sequencing and forecasting.
• Wear multiple hats: assist POCs, early customer success, partnerships, and market feedback.
