Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd in Birmingham is appointing the founding Registered Manager for a brand-new children's home in Sheldon. You will lead registration, recruitment, mobilisation and occupancy, building your own team and establishing best practice in a safe, therapeutic setting.

You will shape culture and drive exceptional outcomes for children, with strong support from the Responsible Individual and leadership team.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in children's residential care
• Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted requirements
• Experience supporting children with EBD and/or Learning Disabilities
• Ability to recruit, develop and lead a team
• Confidence in driving service quality and outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead the new children's home through registration, recruitment, mobilisation and occupancy
• Build and shape a high-performing team from day one
• Work with the Responsible Individual to deliver high-quality care and compliant services
