Odin is hiring to automate and scale private market fund operations. You will build tools that move deals faster from idea to close, working with deal ops to automate repetitive tasks and improve accuracy. You will also trim unnecessary steps, deciding what to keep or discard to maximize profitability.

The role emphasizes ownership, first-principles thinking, and a hands-on approach to building with AI, spreadsheets, and no-code tools. London-based, hybrid in-office presence is expected.

• Comfort with financial mechanics and arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Deal Execution: move investments from idea to close for fund managers.
• Automation: build and automate deal ops with minimal supervision.
• Deleting things and saying no: prune processes that don’t scale or add value.
