Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets, with a London-based ops team that works closely with founders and product groups. Qualifications

• Evidence of building concrete solutions with no budget or engineering.
• Direct management of teams of 5+ for at least 3 years, including senior ICs.
• Strong ability to close loops, chase, and push for fast delivery.
• Ability to think from first principles and simplify complex processes.
• Experience in regulated financial services is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small elite operations team embedded in the broader org.
• Oversee end-to-end operations from fund launch to exit and governance.
• Own the automation roadmap and drive collaboration with design, product and engineering.
• Decide what processes stay and what to remove, ensuring scalable, profitable work.
