Job summary

Odin is hiring a senior operations leader to own the end-to-end fund admin and deal operations. You'll manage a small team, hire seniors, and set the automation roadmap across finance, legal, product and engineering.

You will simplify complex processes, drive speed, and ensure we scale profitably as we automate with AI. Based in London, this role requires hands-on leadership and a willingness to work in-person several days per week.

Qualifications

• Directly managed teams of 5+ for at least 3 years, including senior ICs.
• Understanding end-to-end systems; ability to close loops and push for results.
• Apply first-principles thinking to optimize complex processes.
• Experience building operations automations with AI.
• Brutally honest communication and high standards.
• Prior experience in regulated financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations function end to end: launch and close investments, govern post-close processes, and maintain operating systems.
• Own the automation roadmap; partner with product and engineering to minimize bespoke work.
• Make hard calls on scope and strategic bets with scalability and profitability in mind.
• Set cultural standards and ensure root-cause problem solving instead of firefighting.
• Manage and grow the team, including hiring and performance reviews.
