Job summary

Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. Our platform lets you launch and run private investment firms from anywhere, acting like Shopify but for VC and PE. We administer hundreds of millions and support 10,000+ investors and partners.

The role focuses on automating deal workflows, owning end-to-end processes, and delivering fast, scalable solutions. London-based with in-person collaboration required; expect rapid growth and high impact.

Qualifications

• Evidence of building concrete solutions without engineers or budget.
• No-code tooling, scripts, spreadsheets, vibe-coded apps and more.
• Comfortable with financial mechanics and mental arithmetic.
• Understand end-to-end systems and close loops.
• Willing to operate rather than manage; no middle management.

Responsibilities

• Deal Execution: move investments from idea to close for fund managers and deal sponsors who rely on Odin.
• Automation: automate deal operations; you’ll largely work autonomously and improve processes.
• Deleting things and saying no: decide what belongs in our processes and kill non-scalable work.
