Nobul Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a founding GTM lead in Manchester to define the category and own the go-to-market. This hands-on role reports directly to the founders and will shape the company’s early market approach, messaging, and outbound strategy.

You will build the demand-gen engine from ground up, decide which verticals to target first, and ultimately hire and lead the initial GTM team as the company scales.

Formación

• Proven track record launching GTM in B2B SaaS.
• Experience turning vague positioning into a product category.
• Ability to own from strategy to execution with hands-on approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own GTM strategy and product category.
• Build demand-generation engine from scratch.
• Lead messaging, website copy, and outbound narrative.
• Partner with founders and hire the initial GTM team.
• Own market selection and vertical prioritization.
