Job summary

TheSoul Group is seeking a GTM Principal to own a market from first conversation to signed contract. You will lead the CEO relationship, the demo, negotiation and deal, and later advise the CEO with the deployment team to turn platform insights into renewal and expansion.

You will work hands-on with AI tools and rely on real client outcomes to drive growth. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in a commercial career, proven ability to close multi-six-figure deals, and a track record in demand

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a commercial career.
• Full-cycle closing: taken complex six-figure deals from cold start to signature.
• Demand creation: sold something the buyer was not shopping for.

Responsibilities

• Own a market and decide how to open it.
• Run the first meeting and the demo.
• Lead the deal through offer, negotiation and contract.
• Advise CEO post go-live with deployment lead to turn platform insight into decisions.
• Own renewal and expansion on accounts.
