Job summary

S27a, an AI‑first startup in London, is hiring its first commercial hire to build the outbound engine from zero and help manufacturers move products to patients faster by solving regulatory bottlenecks.

You’ll own the full outreach cycle with the founders, from targeting and messaging to multi‑channel sequences, cold calls, and closing. Expect autonomy, early ownership, and a path to real founding equity in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cold outbound experience with measurable results.
• Experience running B2B outbound via email/LinkedIn.
• Proven ability to build outbound motion from scratch.
• Experience with AI-assisted outbound workflows is a plus.
• Track record of generating pipeline and qualified meetings.
• Comfort presenting a complex outbound strategy to founders.
• Clear, concise writing with persuasive cold outreach samples.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize the GTM machine from scratch.
• Own the outbound across channels and drive multi-step outreach.
• Push deals forward from first reply to signature with founders.
• Shape messaging and targeting based on buyer feedback.
