Job summary

Searchability® is recruiting for a Growth Lead to own the growth engine across the UK lettings and estate agency market. You’ll define messaging, channels and systems with the founders and commercial team to turn awareness into qualified pipeline.

This hands-on role requires building from the ground up, testing channels, and scaling a repeatable growth engine while shaping the company’s positioning and go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Growth Lead with prior experience building growth from scratch.
• Ability to translate customer pain points into compelling messaging.
• Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline, not just awareness.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS growth and demand generation.
• Comfortable testing multiple channels including content, events, partnerships, and paid acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and demand engine for the UK lettings/estate market.
• Build and test channels to generate qualified pipeline and CAC/payback insights.
• Collaborate with founders and commercial team to shape positioning and GTM messaging.
• Track funnel performance from first touch to demo, optimize acquisition costs.
• Establish foundations to enable a Growth team and scale initiatives.
