Job summary

Searchability® is hiring a Growth Lead to build and own the growth engine for its AI-enabled proptech platform. You will define positioning, messaging and campaigns that turn awareness into qualified pipeline across UK lettings and estate agencies.

This hands-on role requires you to build from the ground up with direct access to founders. You’ll test channels from content to paid acquisition, measure CAC and payback, and scale what works.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building growth functions from inception.
• Strong positioning and messaging skills with customer focus.
• Experience across channels: content, events, partnerships, paid and organic.
• Hands-on, data-driven growth with funnel optimization and payback metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own growth engine strategy and execution across UK lettings and estate market.
• Identify and test channels to generate qualified pipeline.
• Collaborate with founders to define positioning and GTM.
• Measure funnel performance, CAC, payback and channel ROI.
