Adhesion in London is seeking a founding GTM Enterprise hire to shape the commercial function and drive growth for a next-gen Insurtech. This role offers autonomy and exposure to top brokers and investors, with a pipeline that demands rapid execution.

You will lead high-impact deals, partner with senior stakeholders, and accelerate go-to-market initiatives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Competenze

• Proven track record selling Enterprise SaaS into Insurance or Financial Services.
• Experience in start-up/scale-up environments with self-direction.
• Ability to apply a defined sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC).
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Own the end-to-end Enterprise SaaS sales cycle with a focus on Insurance/Financial Services.
• Partner with multiple levels of client organizations to shape deals.
• Drive pipeline, forecast accurately and close high-value opportunities.
