Job summary

FinPro. is seeking a founding Enterprise Sales Director to drive commercial growth from London. You will own complex enterprise opportunities, generate revenue and shape the sales and go-to-market strategy alongside founders and the early commercial team.

You will prospect, negotiate and close high-value deals, building relationships with insurers and intermediaries while leading the entire sales cycle and providing accurate forecasts in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Quota attainment in enterprise B2B sales is essential.
• Experience closing complex, high-value technology deals.
• Has carried an individual sales target.
• Background in an early-stage or high-growth tech company.
• Ability to own the full sales cycle and build pipeline.
• Experience working with founders or senior leadership.
• Demonstrates ownership and commercial drive.
• Willing to work primarily from London office.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of insurance-sector opportunities.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across insurers and intermediaries.
• Understand customer challenges and craft tailored commercial solutions.
• Lead client discovery, presentations, demos and negotiations.
• Provide accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and business development.
• Help refine positioning, sales process and GTM approach.
