Jumpstart is hiring the founding GTM hire for a 2-person insurtech in London, in-office. You will build pipeline with brokers from scratch, support complex enterprise deals with the founders, and set up sales ops as you go.

You should have 1–4 years in outbound sales, BD, consulting, banking or PE and eager to be employee #1 in a fast‑growing startup. This is a rare chance to shape go-to-market strategy, own your territory, and join a hands-on founder-led team.
