Job summary

Dex is hiring the first engineering hire to lead the agentic and AI-powered side of our platform. You will own features end-to-end, from concept to deployment, partnering with the technical co-founder.

This role is about building a creator operating system and shipping daily based on direct user feedback, affecting hundreds of thousands of users immediately. You will design, build, and ship agentic features, engage with content creators, and own product areas end-to-end while collaborating

Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering experience at a product-driven company.
• Proven shipping of agentic or AI-powered features in production.
• Full-stack fluency: Next.js, Node, Postgres, Stripe, AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship agentic and AI-powered features from concept to production.
• Engage with content creators to understand needs and prototype solutions.
• Own significant product areas end-to-end from ideation to deployment.
• Operate with modern AI coding tools daily.
• Contribute across the full stack to ensure robust, scalable platform for hundreds of thousands of users.
