Job summary

Dex is partnering with a mission-driven platform serving charities and community organisations to manage critical operations and grantmaking with AI-enhanced insights. You will own features end-to-end, from concept through deployment, across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, shaping the product surface for fundraising and international markets.

Qualifications

Broad engineering exposure across frontend, backend and infrastructure.
Daily comfort with TypeScript and practical experience with Elasticsearch.
Demonstrable passion for coding evidenced by personal projects or open-source contributions.
Proficiency in leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.

Responsibilities

Architecting and building new features across the full stack from front-end to back-end services in TypeScript.
Shaping the technical direction for a rapidly expanding product surface including fundraising and international modules.
Developing robust tooling to migrate new organisations onto the platform.
Owning features end-to-end from idea and design through deployment and maintenance.
Collaborating with customer success to diagnose issues and ensure platform stability.
