Job summary

LRN, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking a Global Marketing Director for EMEA based in London. You will lead strategic marketing programs to generate pipeline, drive new logo acquisition, and grow existing clients across Europe, the Middle East, and the Nordics.

The role requires building a best-in-class marketing practice with strong HubSpot/SFDC expertise and ABM execution. You will collaborate across marketing functions to craft regional campaigns, optimize channels, and manage events,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on demand/lead generation.
• 3+ years building campaigns in HubSpot.
• 3+ years of ABM program management experience.
• Ability to work across multiple markets, cultures, and languages.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and managing a full marketing mix.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage demand generation programs across EMEA markets to drive new logos and client growth.
• Lead inbound/outbound demand generation and optimize marketing channels with sales support.
• Create localized demand experiences across website properties in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop personas and tailor campaigns for diverse markets and languages.
• Manage regional events and measure their impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Forecast, analyze, and report on marketing performance and budget utilization.
• Leverage MarTech to improve efficiency and test new tactics.
