Job summary

Societies is seeking a Founders Associate in London to work directly with the Founders, acting as the operational backbone of a fast-scaling startup. The role spans finance, legal, hiring, office operations, and client logistics to keep the team focused on product and growth.

This role involves a dynamic mix of tasks—assembling desks, screening NDAs, coordinating candidate interviews and client dinners—requiring strong judgement, execution, and attention to detail.

• Attention to detail in contracts, invoices, and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Office & operations: set up and maintain office equipment and facilities.
• GTM & client delivery support: coordinate events, meetings, and client dinners; manage scheduling.
• Finance & accounting: liaise with accountants, handle receipts and revenue tracking, invoicing and filings.
• People & hiring: manage the hiring pipeline from screening to onboarding and travel logistics.
• Legal, compliance & contracts: adapt and manage contracts, review NDAs, ensure right-to-work compliance.
