Job summary

MFK Recruitment is recruiting a Founder’s Associate for a UK technology company in Brentford. You will work directly with the CEO across a wide range of operational, commercial and strategic activities.

This unusually varied role involves research, analysis, supplier management, field trials and coordinating events, with strong emphasis on delivery and a low-ego, highly capable mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong educational background in a STEM subject (CS/engineering/math/physics).
• Experience in technology/engineering environments.
• Ability to discuss complex technical concepts with technical teams and customers.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage several priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in running and growing the company.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and processes across the business.
• Improve internal processes and ways of working.
• Ensure activities are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate meetings, events and field trials with stakeholders.
• Lead special projects from planning to delivery.
