Job summary

Siena in the United Kingdom is seeking a Founding Creative Director to own every word the company presents to the market—LinkedIn, social channels, launches, blog posts, and video scripts.

You will set the voice for founder-led content, write posts and announcements, and craft scripts for product videos. You will partner with the Creative Director to ensure words and visuals land as one.

Qualifications

• Write for founder-led or executive audiences with proven impact.
• Experience shipping content solo with no dedicated copy team.
• Ability to measure and iterate content performance.

Responsibilities

• Own all Siena content across channels: LinkedIn, socials, launches, blogs, announcements.
• Set strategy for founder-led messaging and the company voice.
• Write posts, launch copy, scripts for videos, and product communications.
• Collaborate with Creative Director to align words and visuals.
• Use AI to research, draft, analyze, and distribute content.
