Job summary

socialed. seeks a Head of Social Strategy to own all strategic thinking across our client roster—from big-idea pitches through to live re-strategy sessions, deck creation, and social content ideas that bring the strategy to life.

You will translate strategy into platform-native content and hold the production team to high standards, working alongside our Project Director who leads delivery and operations. You will report to the founders & MD of Creators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an agency environment (social, content or creator).
• Proven experience leading end-to-end strategy from big idea to executed content.
• Built and led global or multi-market social strategies for major brands.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy development for all clients, including new business pitches and ongoing re-strategy sessions.
• Lead big-idea thinking and translate client objectives into sharp, social-first strategy and creative concepts.
• Build and present strategy decks for project-to-project and retained clients; QC content quality.
