Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in London is seeking a Senior Content & Editorial Lead to shape and elevate the company’s verbal identity. You will establish editorial standards, guide copy across campaigns and channels, and collaborate with Marketing, Design and Product to drive consistent, high-impact content.

You will lead the Global Content Chapter, mentor writers, and manage freelancers while evaluating AI tools to balance efficiency with quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to set and enforce editorial standards across a global content team.
• Experience reviewing and approving copy across campaigns, social, CRM, retail and sales.

Responsibilities

• Set and enforce editorial standards across the Global Content Chapter.
• Review, edit and approve copy across campaigns, social, CRM, retail and sales.
• Build and evolve the verbal identity system: tone of voice guidelines, messaging hierarchies, terminology.
• Partner with Design, Marketing, Product and regional teams to turn briefs into clear creative direction.
• Brief, manage and quality control freelance copywriters and external agencies.
• Evaluate AI writing tools and set standards for their responsible use.
