Job summary

Siena is building the intelligence layer for CX and seeks a craft leader who will define taste and own creative direction across launches. You will ship personally for the first year, then build a small internal agency across design, motion, and content, briefing and launching without outside help. AI is a working tool, not a threat to taste.

Qualifications

• A track record of owning creative direction, not just contributing to it.
• Narrative thinking: design as positioning with a clear point of view.
• Owns launches: final call on creative work, not waiting on notes.
• Experience shipping across multiple launches with AI-enabled tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own narrative and positioning across every launch—design as strategy.
• Deliver all market-facing artifacts: landing pages, launch video, decks, social.
• Develop and evolve the design system from v3 onward.
• Set and uphold the design bar for Siena's brand and products.
